Customers may cancel their tote rental reservation before the scheduled delivery date by contacting KZ Totes. Cancellation requests made in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to our booking terms. Once delivery has been completed, cancellation fees or rental charges may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if your moving plans change.
